The B.Tech + M.Tech in Defence Technology is an integrated five-year programme designed to develop highly skilled professionals with advanced technical expertise in Modern Defence Systems, Military Engineering, Aerospace Platforms, And Strategic Technologies. The programme provides a strong foundation in engineering sciences combined with specialized knowledge in Defence Equipment Design, Weapons Systems, Cybersecurity, Autonomous Technologies, and National Security Infrastructure.
The curriculum integrates core engineering principles with defence applications such as Guided Missile Systems, Radar Technologies, Electronic Warfare, Unmanned Systems, Space Defence, and Strategic Communication Networks. Students Gain Exposure to Cutting-Edge Research, Defence Manufacturing Technologies, and National Security Frameworks Aligned with Global Defence Standards.

Eligibility: Passed 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/BIOLOGY Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to the reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. OR Passed min. 3 years Diploma examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to the reserved category), subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.
